How to Use Gua Sha & What You'll Need

Hydrate Your Skin

Spritz your face and neck with a hydrating mist. Gently press it into your skin.

Apply An Oil or Serum

Rub a few drops in your palms and apply the warmed oil to your face and neck evenly.

Start From The Bottom

Beginning with your neck, use moderate pressure to gently scrape the tool up to your jawline.

Sculpting Jaw & Cheek

Using moderate pressure, drag the tool over jaw and cheekbone. Keep the gua sha flat against your face.

Apply Gentle Pressure

Starting at your nose, sweep the gua sha outward across your cheek.
