Spritz your face and neck with a hydrating mist. Gently press it into your skin.

Rub a few drops in your palms and apply the warmed oil to your face and neck evenly.

Beginning with your neck, use moderate pressure to gently scrape the tool up to your jawline.

Using moderate pressure, drag the tool over jaw and cheekbone. Keep the gua sha flat against your face.

Starting at your nose, sweep the gua sha outward across your cheek.

Using light pressure, sweep the gua sha under your eye moving from the center of your face, out.

While keeping the gua sha flat against your skin, gently sweep up over brow and forehead.
