Gua sha is rooted in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). It is a smooth-edged tool used to gently scrape areas of your body where there is inflammation or stagnant energy to help improve circulation and promote healing.
For best results, gather a hydrating mist, a face oil or serum, and your gua sha of choice.
