    Oscars 2016 Red Carpet

Awards Season 2016 concludes with the 88th Academy Awards and today I’m taking a look at the best of the Oscars 2016 red carpet. There were many lovely moments on this year’s red carpet with standout showings from Lady Gaga who wore pants by Brandon Maxwell, Jennifer Lawrence in Dior and Naomi Watts in Armani Prive.

    Oscars 2016 – Best Dressed

I want to give a special mention to Jennifer Lawrence for finally matching her beauty with her wardrobe and wrapping it all in an age-appropriate ribbon. She looked wonderful in a black tiered gown by Dior. Her look was youthful and playful while still being quite elegant. Well done.

I also really enjoyed this dramatic moment form Dorith Mous. The rakish, windswept hair juxtaposed with this gorgeous tulle and lace creation by Dennis Diem is daring and dreamy.

I haven’t seen Olivia Munn on a red carpet in a long time and this tangerine column gown by Stella McCartney was totally worth the wait. Spicy!

I loved this unexpected wow moment from Naomi Watts in this exquisite sequined dress by Armani Prive.
